Week 5 (module 5): Ihsan & Eschatology
The topic for this week are Ihsan and Eschatology. Madam Asmiza as our facilitator has provided us with an article.
Ihsan
Based on the article, Ihsan means is "to worship Allah as if you see Him, for if you do not see Him, He surely sees you". It means that, we have to sincere when doing something or ibadah. What is sincere? In my opinion sincere is when we do something without expecting anything in return. It is also to do something without feeling arrogant. That is why we have to always istighfar because we tend to think something that can lead to feeling arrogant. (riya').
Summary

In conclusion, Ihsan is when we are sincere in doing deeds of worshiping Allah and only for Allah . We have to place ourselves as low as possible to Allah. As Allah sees whatever we do. Ihsan also means to do good to all beings, according to the sunnah Rasullah SAW.
Eshatology
Eschatology is the part of Islamic theology that concerns the afterlife and the end of the earth, with specific focus in the Qur'an on the inevitability of the resurrection, the ultimate judgment, and the eternal separation of the righteous and the wicked on the Day of Resurrection (Al-Qiyamah). Tsunamis, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, flood, forest fire, extreme temperature and etcare some of the symptoms of Qiyamah that have been seen.Islam teaches that there will be a dead resurrection that will be preceded by the righteous and the wicked's final tribulation and everlasting division. In the Qur'an, it is often called many names, such as the Day of Reckoning, the Last Day, and the Hour (al-sā'ah).
As muslims, we have to believe that Al-Qiyamah will happen and it is true. We have to strive and do what Allah commands us to do for us to get the best ending in the hereafter. I pray that Allah bless us and accept all our deeds & grant us Jannah. InsyaAllah :)
